Exporting Travel Claims with Attachments

<span id="hs_cos_wrapper_name" class="hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_text" style="" data-hs-cos-general-type="meta_field" data-hs-cos-type="text" >Exporting Travel Claims with Attachments</span>

Do you need to export and save documentation from travel claims, for instance, when concluding your use of the system? To make this process easier for you as a customer, we are now launching a requested feature that allows you to seamlessly export all travel claims and their attachments for all employees in the company.

A New View for Smoother Data Export

Under Service routines in the menu, you will now find a new view called Export Data. Here, you can easily make a selection based on employee to specify which travel claims you wish to export.

When you start the export, a compressed zip file is created containing a clear folder structure. Each employee gets their own folder, which in turn contains subfolders for each individual travel claim. In each travel claim folder, you will find both the travel claim specification and all associated attachments in PDF format, with all pages included.

The folder structure looks like this:
  • Employee (employee number)

    • Travel Claim (number)

      • travel_claim_specification.pdf

      • attachment.pdf

Important to Keep in Mind!

The export is processed in real-time directly in your browser and does not use a background job. This means you must keep the view open throughout the entire process. If you navigate away from the page or close the window, the export will be interrupted, and you will have to start over. A progress indicator will show you how far the export has progressed.

How to Get Started

To access the new view, it needs to be activated for the relevant role in the role tree under Administration.

We hope this new feature will simplify your work with archiving and data management, giving you full control over your documentation when you need it most.
