We are introducing the ability to easily move employees between different legal companies within your corporate group, where important core data automatically follows.
Reduce Manual Work and Ensure Data Quality
Manually registering an employee who changes companies within the corporate group can be time-consuming and increases the risk of errors. With the new Copy Employee feature, you can initiate a transfer with just a few clicks, and certain necessary core data will automatically be included. This not only saves valuable time but also ensures that the information is correct from the start in the new employment.
The following core data is copied to the new company
- Picture
- Name and social security number
- Nationality, date of birth, and gender
- Address details (including protected population registration and forwarding address)
- Contact information such as private email, work email, private mobile, and work mobile, including settings for mailings
How to Use the Feature
- Find the employee: In the list view of the Employee Register, find the person you want to move to another company.
- Drag and drop: Drag the selected employee directly to the new company. A dialog box will appear for you to confirm the transfer.
- Enter details: In the dialog box, you will fill in the new employment number and the new employment date for the new employment.
- Confirm: Click "Save". A new employment record is now created in the selected company.
Please note that employment periods are not copied, as they are often unique to each employment.

To use the Copy Employee feature, the following is required:
- Your company must have a Corporate Group license in Flex HRM.
