We continue to develop and improve the possibilities for extracting data from Flex HRM. We are working on a new data source in the report generator, specifically designed to give you better control over the company's absences.

What does this mean for you?

The new data source, named Absence days, is being developed so you can easily extract detailed statistics regarding absence, primarily sick leave, but also other types of absence. This allows you to create your own reports and get a clear overview of absence statistics, where you can, among other things, see the number of days in an absence period and also the number of absence periods within a certain date range.

By using the report generator, you can combine data from the new data source with other fields in the system to, for example, analyze absence per department, time period, or employment type. This gives you a deeper understanding of the organization's absence patterns and provides valuable support for strategic decisions.

The launch will be continuous, and the first version is a solid foundation that we will gradually build upon with more features. Keep an eye out for the Absence days data source in the report generator.
