How Flexie Works
You can easily access Flexie via a new icon in Flex HRM. When you click the icon, a chat window opens where you can type your question in your own words. Wondering how to register an expense or where to approve your employees' time reports? Just type your question, and Flexie will analyze it and either give you a direct answer or show you the way to the right place in the system.
Quick, 24/7 Help for Everyone
Flexie is available around the clock and is created to assist all users, regardless of their role – from employees and managers to system administrators. Instead of searching through a manual, you can now ask your question directly. For example, a new employee can quickly find out how to apply for vacation, while an administrator can get help finding a specific setting. The goal is for you to save time and have a smoother experience.
Launch and Availability
Flexie will be launched shortly. The feature will automatically be available to all our customers who use Flex HRM in our Azure environment.
