During 2025, Flex HRM will be placing a strong focus on pay equity and the requirements of the EU Pay Transparency Directive. The goal is for you to be able to work as smoothly as possible at every step – while also feeling confident that regulations are being followed.

A sneak peek at what's coming

Here are some of the new features currently in the pipeline:

  • Interface that guides you right – a clearer workflow that makes it easier to navigate between the steps in the process.

  • Extended analysis – to detect pay differences linked to, for example, parental leave (a direct adaptation to the directive).

  • More reporting options – with ready-made reports and data that align with the directive's requirements.
