We are currently working on developing a new, powerful feature in Flex HRM Payroll that will simplify the mandatory reporting for Bygglösen. Our initial focus is on Bygglösen 1.0, which handles time wages, to offer a solution that is certified by Bygglösen. Support for Bygglösen 2.0 (performance pay) is planned to be added at a later stage. The new feature is planned to be launched around the end of the year.
What is Bygglösen?
Bygglösen is a mandatory reporting system for companies in the construction industry. By collecting and compiling a comprehensive set of payroll data, you ensure that accurate information is reported to unions and employers. With the upcoming Flex HRM Payroll feature, this process will become much easier.
Simpler and more secure payroll management
As a payroll specialist in Flex HRM Payroll, you will in future be able to compile, review and extract the reporting files required for Bygglösen 1.0 directly in the system. Instead of manually gathering all the information, which can be both time-consuming and risky, the system will handle most of the work for you. This will not only increase data quality but also reduce the risk of errors in reporting.
How it will work in Flex HRM Payroll
The feature is a new part of our existing Payroll module. After the initial settings, the system will automatically collect the payroll data required for reporting. When it's time to report, you will be able to extract the file in the required XML format to upload to the Bygglösens website. You will also have the option to export the data to Excel for an easier overview and review before reporting.
