Now you can get a better overview of all business trips by car in a single report, with information from both the travel expense report and the trip log.
One data source for all business driving
To provide a more comprehensive picture of your company's travel costs, we have updated the Car Trip data source. It is now possible to retrieve data from both the Travel Expense Claim and the Trip Log.
This means that whether an employee has registered mileage reimbursement for their private car in a travel expense claim, or a trip with a company car in the trip log, you will be able to extract and analyze data from a single data source. The data source can also retrieve information from the mileage log, such as private mileage and business mileage.

Simplified administration: no need to manually compile data from different parts of the system to get a complete report.

Complete analysis basis: By combining the data, you can easily analyze total mileage and costs for all types of car trips. The data source includes e.g. information about cars from the employee register, if you for example want a report showing all car trips driven with cars of the type Private, you can select it in this data source, without having to combine with the data source Employees.
