We have good news for you who work with payroll and want to streamline your monthly routines. Flex HRM's Report Generator now includes a new data source: AGI - Individuppgifter (Individual Data). This update is designed to help you create your own customized reports that include detailed AGI data, saving you time and manual work each month.
What does this mean for you?
As a payroll administrator, you can now build reports with all the fields currently available on the AGI individual data tab in the Excel file. This includes, among others:

Gross salary

Benefits
-
Tax

Employer's social security contributions (both amount and percentage)
The main benefit of the new data source is that you can include these reports in your report packages. This means you no longer have to manually extract the AGI data every month; you only need to create the AGI in that view. The report on the underlying data can then be created automatically along with your other monthly reports, simplifying your routine and ensuring you always have complete documentation available.
