Flex HRM has recently expanded its existing public API with a new endpoint, SalaryBasis. This update enables external payroll systems to retrieve payroll basis directly from Flex HRM via API, instead of the traditional payroll files.
Why are we doing this?
The new SalaryBasis endpoint is a strategic initiative aimed at modernizing and streamlining how payroll basis is transferred between Flex HRM and your external payroll system. By shifting from file-based integration to an API integration, external payroll systems can offer:

How does it work technically?
Via the new API endpoint SalaryBasis, external payroll systems can now retrieve the same detailed payroll basis information that Flex HRM traditionally generates for payroll files. This includes all relevant data from Flex HRM Time, such as worked hours, absence registrations, overtime, and other time-related entries that form the basis for the final salary. This ensures that all the data you are accustomed to seeing in your payroll basis remains available, but now via a more modern interface.
Future Expansions
Currently, payroll basis from Flex HRM Time is available via the SalaryBasis endpoint. We are working intensively to soon include data from Flex HRM Travel as well, to provide your payroll system partners with the opportunity to offer an even more comprehensive API-based solution for your payroll process.
