We continue to enhance Flex HRM to make your daily work even smoother. As part of this effort, we have made an update to the schedule view that we believe many of you will appreciate.
Previously, the function for entering absence was hidden under the "More" menu in the schedule view. Based on feedback from you, our users, who frequently use this function, we have now moved the "Absence" button so that it is directly accessible in the menu. This makes it quicker and easier to register absence in the schedule view.
The new placement means that the "Absence" button is now located in the menu, to the right of the filter, clearly separated by a divider. As before, the button is only active when a day for an employee is selected.
Upon your next login to Flex HRM, a short information box will be displayed to inform all users about the new placement of the "Absence" button. We hope this change contributes to even more efficient work in the system.
