Our partner Eurocard is changing its name to Airplus, and we are therefore adapting HRM accordingly. You will therefore encounter the AirPlus name in the system. This is only a name change to ensure a clear and consistent user experience – all functionality for the integration remains the same.
What does this mean for you as a user?
Updated interface for easier recognition
To make the transition as smooth as possible, we have replaced all references to "Eurocard" with "AirPlus (formerly Eurocard)". This applies to all relevant parts of the system, from settings to employee views.
For you as an administrator, this means you will see the new name in the following places:
-
System register> Integrations
-
System register> Credit card settings, where the tab is now named "AirPlus (formerly Eurocard)".
-
Settings > Travel > Expenses & Entertainment > Credit card
-
When importing and managing transactions under General > Credit card.
-
In the Employee informationunder the Travel > Credit card tab.
For you as an employee, you will primarily see the change when creating a travel expense report. When you link a new credit card transaction, the supplier will be displayed as "AirPlus (formerly Eurocard)".
Handling of historical transactions
To create a uniform and clear overview, historical transactions from Eurocard will also be displayed with the new name. In all views, filters, and reports, the supplier for both new and old transactions will be named "AirPlus (formerly Eurocard)". The underlying data remains unchanged to guarantee data integrity.
This update aims to reduce confusion and ensure that you as a user always work with correct and up-to-date information, which simplifies your administration.
